Campus Pack 4.4 User Guide

To customize the Personal Learning Space, use the link in the upper right corner of the space (Settings, Change Password, Permissions, Manage Content.)

 

Settings

Customization options include adding a profile image, choosing a theme, allowing your profile to be included in the public directory, and options for high contrast pages. To adjust the Settings in a Personal Learning Space, click the Settings link. 

 

 

Users can upload a profile image as well as choose a theme (look) for their Personal Learning Space from this screen.

 

Change Password

Users can manage their password in the Personal Learning Space. If Campus Pack is accessed through another system at your institution, changing passwords may be prohibited.

 

Permissions

Individuals control permissions for whether or not the Personal Learning Space is viewable. Each content item has permissions that can be set, changing the default permissions for the Personal Learning Space should be done according to policies set by each institution.

 

 

Manage Content

Individuals can Manage Content in their Personal Learning Space from the Manage Content screen. This view provides an overall total of space used as well as links to individual files in the Personal Learning Space.
