Campus Pack 4.4 User Guide

NOTE: The batch assignment tool must be "turned on" by the system administrator at your institution. 

 

Create a new Campus Pack Site. Under the assignment type, choose individual to have a site for each student to use. 

 

 

Batch assignments add the concept of an assignment template. The assignment template is the copy from which each individual or group instance will be copied.  New assignments are unavailable to students, so instructors have an opportunity to set up the assignment before students can access it.  When an assignment is created from a template, the template serves as the master copy.

 

To edit or adjust the Assignment Template, click on the link in the upper right corner. 

 

 

Create the site or make any adjustments needed if a site was copied from a system level template. 

 

 

When ready for students to access the site, click the link to Make Available. 

 

 

Note: Once made available, any changes made to the Assignment Template do not trickle down to student copies. 

 

 

Two tabs will appear for the instructor, unstarted assignments and active assignments.
