Campus Pack 4.4 User Guide

To create a batch group assignment, create a new Campus Pack site (wiki, blog, journal or podcast.) In the options for the site, select "Group" in the Assignment Type section on the Add Content screen. 

 

 

Batch assignments add the concept of a master copy.  The master copy is the template from which each individual or group instance will be copied.  New assignments are unavailable to students, so instructors have an opportunity to set up the master copy before students can access the assignment.  When an assignment is created from a template, the template serves as the master copy.

 

 

Click the Assignment Template link to create the Master Copy of the assignment.

 

 

Instructions for the Assignment can be input under the Assignment Settings link.

 

 

Each group will be able to access their wiki from the same link in the course.
