Journal entries can be reviewed from the course page or viewed in a feed aggregator, such as Bloglines and Google Reader. After the RSS feed has been enabled by the administrator, students can subscribe to the feed.

Enabling an RSS Feed for a Course-wide Blog

1. Enter a course.
2. Click the Control Panel link.
3. Click the Configure Blog Tool link.

1. Select Yes as the Do you want to enable public (unathenticated) RSS feed option.
2. Click the OK button.

Enabling an RSS Feed for a Course-content Blog

1. Enter a course.
2. Navigate to the folder or area that contains the blog.
3. Click the Modify button for the blog

1. On the blog page, click the edit link.
2. Select Yes as the Do you want to enable public (unathenticated) RSS feed option.
3. Click the OK button.
