User Guide

 

The Page List provides a list of each wiki page and information regarding the page creator and creation date, who last edited the page, and when the page was last edited.

• From this screen, it is possible to click a page name and navigate directly to that page.
• The Page List can be sorted by category by clicking on the column heading.

 

To view the wiki page list:

 

1.  Click the Page List link from the Actions area.

 

 

2. The page list displays information about the page such as who created it, when it was created, who the last person to edit the page was and when it was edited.

• To view an actual page or additional information for each page, select a page and click on the View link or double clicking a page name.
• To view current pages and deleted pages, place a check in the Show Deleted Pages field.  Deleted pages will display with the page name crossed out and an x in the Deleted column.

 

 

3.  To return to the wiki, click Go Back.
