User Guide

The history feature displays a log containing the history of a particular page.  This history includes information about who modified the page, what the version (iteration) of the page is, as well as the time and date of change.  There is also an option to view the changes for a particular version of the page.

 

To review the history of a blog entry or wiki page:

 

1.  From within the blog entry or wiki page, select the history link.

 

 

 

2.  The Page History screen will appear, listing the the Modified By, Date of Change, and Version areas. These areas indicate who modified the entry or page, when that modification took place, and the version number for the entry or page.

 

 

• To compare changes between versions, select a page or entry and click View.
• To restore the page or entry to a previous version, select the page or entry and click Restore.

 

3.  Click Go Back to return to the blog entry or wiki page.
